The 3D terrain uses real elevations. Snow depth, snow coverage and clouds in that scene are illustrative demo conditions, not measurements or an official report. Weather scores are uncalibrated preference heuristics; they do not establish safe conditions, piste coverage or lift operation.
Every Frostday forecast credits the sources that produced it: the register below lists every weather source Frostday may display, and each forecast names the ones behind the values on screen. A forecast kept from cache keeps crediting the sources that made it, whether or not those sources are still being collected.
Frostday samples these sources at the resort's own forecast points, applies mountain corrections, derives and blends them and calibrates the result. Frostday does not run a numerical weather model: the underlying weather data is produced by the organisations credited here.
Where a source is delivered through a hosted API, that API is credited as well as the producer, because it interpolates and elevation-adjusts the producer's fields before Frostday samples them. Retained history from a source may calibrate a forecast without being displayed; a forecast that used it says so. Provider service terms apply separately from the data licence. Weather scores are uncalibrated preference heuristics.

Acquisition dates, source assets, processing, bounds and checksums are retained in each available imagery provenance document below.

The resort map is drawn from copies kept by Frostday: relief shading from the Terrain Tiles (Tilezen Joerd, AWS Open Data), and land and borders made with Natural Earth (public domain), simplified for display. The relief tiles combine these sources:
