These terms apply when you use Frostday at frostday.app, its operator portal and the Frostday modules shown on resort websites. By using Frostday or creating an account you agree to them. Questions: hello@frostday.app.
Frostday presents weather forecasts, snow estimates, scores and mountain conditions derived from third-party weather data and resort information. Forecasts can be wrong, conditions on the mountain change quickly, and scores are preferences, not judgements of safety. Frostday is not an avalanche bulletin, a safety service or an official resort report.
Before you go, check the official resort report, the national weather service and any avalanche or mountain safety warnings for the area, and follow the instructions of ski patrol and resort staff. Decisions about where and when to ski, ride, drive or travel in the mountains are yours.
Answers from Frosty, the assistant, are generated by AI from the forecast and may be incomplete or wrong. Check them against the forecast and the official resort report.
Frostday is in preview. Features, resorts, access levels (guest, FrostPro, resort operator and admin) and the data shown may change, be limited or be withdrawn while the service develops. Access that Frostday grants during the preview is free of charge. If paid plans are introduced, their price and terms will be shown before you buy and will not apply unless you accept them.
We aim to keep Frostday available and accurate but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available for any particular resort or date.

If you use the operator portal or Frostday modules on behalf of a resort, you confirm you are authorised to act for that resort and that what you publish through Frostday is accurate. Any separate agreement between Frostday and the resort takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
The Frostday application, design and text belong to Frostday. Weather, terrain and map data come from the organisations credited on the data sources & licences page and remain under their own licences, which Frostday does not grant.
Frostday is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Frostday is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from decisions made in reliance on forecasts, scores, AI answers or conditions shown. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or removes rights you have as a consumer.
We may update these terms as Frostday develops and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use Frostday after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by Greek law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim there.
